Code of Ethics

This Code is signed by every educator upon admission to the Registry and governs their professional, didactic and communicative conduct.

Art. I

Protection of the student

The educator places the educational interest of the student above any commercial interest, avoiding any pressure to purchase.

Art. II

Prohibition of return guarantees

It is expressly forbidden to communicate certain or guaranteed economic outcomes from trading activity, in any form.

Art. III

Transparency of conduct

Declared track records must be supported by verifiable evidence and made available to the Commission upon request.

Art. IV

Didactic adequacy

Educational content must match the student's level and explicitly state the risks inherent in financial activity.

Art. V

Independence

The educator discloses every affiliation with brokers, intermediaries or platforms that may give rise to a conflict of interest.

Art. VI

Confidentiality

Personal data, financial situation and communications of students are treated as strictly confidential and never disclosed without explicit consent.

Art. VII

Continuous professional development

Every member commits to ongoing training and to keeping pedagogical methods, market knowledge and regulatory awareness up to date.

Art. VIII

Regulatory and AML compliance

The educator complies with applicable financial, tax, anti-money-laundering and international sanctions regulations in every jurisdiction of operation.

Art. IX

Responsible communication

Public communications, including social media and advertising, must be sober, evidence-based and free from sensationalism, ostentation of wealth or coercive language.

Art. X

Equal treatment and non-discrimination

Access to teaching is granted without discrimination based on origin, gender, religion, age, disability or economic condition.

Art. XI

Protection of vulnerable audiences

The educator refuses to teach minors and adopts heightened caution towards persons in financial distress, dependency or evident lack of capacity.

Art. XII

Refund and withdrawal

Commercial conditions, withdrawal rights and refund policy must be stated in writing before any payment and honoured in good faith.

Art. XIII

Cooperation with the Commission

The member cooperates promptly and truthfully with every inquiry, audit or proceeding initiated by the Commission or the Secretariat.

Art. XIV

Disciplinary measures

Violation of this Code may lead to formal warning, suspension or removal from the Registry, with public annotation.
